I’m a bit of a yoga groupie when it comes to Brigitte’s yoga retreats, having been on my first in 2009 I’ve never missed a year since. First and foremost, it’s a holiday for me where I happen to do a lot of yoga and I love that Brigitte stresses that on day 1 allowing you the option to attend as few or as many of the sessions as you see fit. Generally, I go to all of them. The mornings are theme based creative vinyasa flows of about 2 hours duration and the evenings are shorter in duration and might include yin yoga, chanting, meditation, therapeutics or yoga Nidra.
