I think of positive energy as anything that makes you feel good or react in an uplifting way and it can come to us in many different forms. It could be something as simple as the weather, being in a feel good place or hearing a song play on the radio.

A few of the things that bring positive energy into my life are:
Yoga and Meditation
Being outside in nature
Being with my family and friends
Having adventures
The sun
Listening to music
Dancing
Being around someone who motivates or inspires me.

Everything is energy, we are constantly engaging and exchanging energy with each other. Energy that we like being around can be deeply healing, uplifting and rejuvenating. On the other hand, being around things that we don’t like can make its way into our minds and bodies’, it can even make us feel ill, depressed, depleted or emotionally-exhausted.

When we are feeling depleted in energy – that is what will radiate from us and it will have a direct impact on others whom come in to contact with us too. Therefore can we observe not only the energy we are exposed to and but also the energy that we are available to receive.

Of course we can’t always be constantly emitting positive energy all of the time, sometimes shit happens…that’s life. However, we can learn to pay more attention and become more aware of what does rock our boat.

Our experiences create how we feel and how others feel. The things we think, the things we say and the things we do are contagious…… choose your energy wisely people…..
