Note to self and to anyone else out there who has a very long ‘to do’ list today;

Be gentle on yourself,
Meditate and take some time out for you – and don’t feel guilty,
Don’t stress and don’t be in a rush, go slowly and methodically,
Things will be done when they get done,
Expect the unexpected and take one moment at a time,
Breathe slowly
Does it matter if it doesn’t get done – there’s always tomorrow
Your best is always good enough
You are good enough
