Is it right to simply remove yourself from a difficult situation and block it out of your life? If you do, you leave a piece of yourself behind. The more that you push someone away or block them from your life, the more you are showing your own fear of the situation and you are rejecting love. Fear is only an emotion. An emotion that has transpired from your own thought forms. With awareness practices such as yoga and meditation, you can learn how to separate yourself from your own thoughts and emotions. What you see as wrong and right are actually your own moral guidelines that you identify with to ensure at the end of the day, you can lay down in your bed at night and say Im a good person?! Of course you can’t change any experience that you have had but you CAN change the way you feel about it.
Humility is the most wonderful attribute that any person can ever have, however with humility must come humiliation and the feeling of humiliation can be one of the hardest to cope with. Humility helps you to understand that things really aren’t as big as you make them out to be.
