No matter how much structure we create in our lives, no matter how many good habits we build, there will always be things that we cannot control and if we let them, these things can be a huge source of anger, frustration and stress.
Can you let go, with the flow and be prepared to sometimes be unprepared. Sometimes in life, no matter how hard you work, how much you organise, plan and expect things to go a certain way, they just don’t pan out how you had envisioned. Then if you resist, fight and stress, you close down inside and you lose your ability to see clearly, you get tunnel vision, and you interact in a way that creates opposition. To handle a situation, you need action, not resisting, can you can let go, go with the flow and be at peace with what has occurred? The moment you let go, everything seems to change. With the stress gone, you become creative and able to discover actions/solutions that you could never have seen before. You become naturally effective. Going with the flow is about surrendering to what is no matter what. Its about accepting whatever is happening in the moment, having faith and trusting that things will always somehow work out whether you know how they will or not.
The simple solution: learn to go with the flow.
